Three children among five people killed in a collision on U.S. Highway 385 in Crane

Crane, TX. – Five people, including three young children, were killed in a collision in Crane early Friday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred on U.S. Highway 385.
23-year-old Bailey Nisbet, of Baytown, was driving an SUV south on the highway when he drifted into the northbound lane and hit a pickup truck operated by Carl Rice, 67, of McCamey.
Both Nisbet and Rice were killed in the accident.
5-year-old Kimber Nisbet, 3-year-old Kamberee Nisbet and 11-month-old Kasen Nisbet were also killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
