Temple, TX. – A New York man died after being struck by a car in Temple on October 6.
According to the Temple Police Department, the accident happened around 3:38 p.m. on Interstate 35 near exit 298.
Alex Armand, 45, was struck by an 18-wheeler driven by 32-year-old Jesus Garcia.
The pedestrian was killed in the accident.
Garcia was arrested for failure to stop and render aid involving personal injury or death.
More details about the accident were not released.
