The truck driver did not stop at the scene but was later located and questioned

Houston, TX. – A bicyclist was seriously injured after being struck by a car on Tuesday afternoon in Houston.
According to the authorities, the accident happened at University Boulevard near Wakeforest Avenue.
Bellamy Kemp was riding a bicycle with four flashing lights on it and was hit by a red Ford pickup truck.
The man was ejected from the bike and was taken to the hospital with a broken collarbone, six stitches on his lip, and cuts and bruises all over his body.
The truck driver did not stop at the scene but was later located and questioned.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
