Conroe, TX – The pedestrian who was killed earlier this month in a hit-and-run accident in Conroe has been identified as Brett Wilborn, 46, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened on November 9 in the 200 block of North Loop 336 East.
Police said Wilborn was struck by an SUV and a second vehicle.
The SUV driver fled the scene after the accident. The driver of the second vehicle stayed at the scene and called 911.
Wilborn was killed in the accident.
The SUV was found in a closed garage. The driver, Stephen Santeli Castro, 35, and his passenger Angelica Flores, 61, were arrested on Friday.
Castro was charged with failing to stop and render aid, while Flores was charged with failing to report a felony.
The pastor of Castro and Flores, Juan Murillo Wilson, 34, was arrested for hiding the SUV. He was charged with tampering with physical evidence.
The police are investigating the accident.
