Midland, TX – A man was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Midland, according to the Texas DPS.
The deadly collision happened around 6:00 a.m. on December 2 on FM 1788 at mile marker 330.
DPS said Cayden Andrew McBee, 20, of Midland, was driving a 2015 Nissan Altima northbound on the highway. He failed to drive in a single lane, left his lane, and entered into the southbound lane, where he crashed into a southbound 2026 GMC Sierra.
McBee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The GMC driver was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
The DPS is investigating the accident.
