The deadly accident happened around 1:30 a.m. on October 16 at the intersection of Business 20 and County Road 1247.

Midland County, TX – A man was killed early Thursday morning in a pedestrian accident in Midland County, according to the Texas DPS.
The deadly accident happened around 1:30 a.m. on October 16 at the intersection of Business 20 and County Road 1247.
DPS said a Ford Transit was traveling westbound in the left lane and was trying to merge into the right lane when it struck Charles Edward Hall, 69, who was in the roadway.
Hall was pronounced dead at the scene. He failed to yield the right of way.
The Ford driver was uninjured in the accident.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
