Nolan County, TX – One person was killed Wednesday evening in a three-vehicle collision in Nolan County, according to the Texas DPS.
The deadly collision happened around 5:30 p.m. on November 26 on Interstate 20 near FM 608.
DPS said Christopher Cardoza, 33, of Roscoe, was driving southbound on FM 608 when he made a left turn into the I-20 service road and hit a vehicle that was turning right onto the service road.
The force of the impact pushed Cardoza’s vehicle across an embankment and onto the eastbound lanes of I-20 when he hit another vehicle. The impact pushed that vehicle into a nearby parking lot.
Cardoza died at the scene.
The other two drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
