The deadly accident happened just after 12:30 a.m. on August 31 in the 2300 block of Babcock Road.

San Antonio, TX – A woman was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run accident in San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The deadly accident happened just after 12:30 a.m. on August 31 in the 2300 block of Babcock Road.
Police said Cynthia Anthony, 75, was walking through a parking lot when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Theresa McCormick, 52.
McCormick fled the scene after the accident.
Anthony was pronounced dead at the scene.
McCormick was later arrested and has been charged with collision involving death and bonds totaling $150,000.
The police are investigating the accident.
