The fatal collision happened on November 19 at the intersection of County Road 212 and County Road 219.

Gaines County, TX – One person was killed and two others were injured early Wednesday morning in a rollover accident in Gaines County, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal collision happened on November 19 at the intersection of County Road 212 and County Road 219.
DPS said Daniel Gonzales Jr., 40, of Seminole, TX, was driving westbound on CR 212 while Irving Alejandro Hernandez Presas, 31, of Pharr, TX, was driving northbound on CR 219.
Gonzales failed to stop at the stop sign and collided with Presas’ vehicle.
The force of the impact caused both cars to roll over.
A passenger in Presas’ car, Cynthia Chavez Hernandez, 32, from Pharr, TX, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Presas was taken to University Medical Center in Lubbock with serious injuries.
Gonzales was taken to Seminole Hospital with serious injuries.
All the involved people were wearing their seatbelts.
The DPS is investigating the accident.
