Diana Burleson dies in multi-vehicle collision at FM 2549 and Highway 6 in Robertson County

Robertson County, TX. – Diana Burleson, 66, of Franklin, was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday evening in Robertson County.
The deadly crash happened around 4 p.m. on August 14, at FM 2549 and Highway 6, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
A pickup truck towing a trailer had been stopped at the intersection and was making a turn onto northbound Highway 6 when it struck a Cadillac.
The impact caused the Cadillac to hit a Kia Soul, sending it into the southbound lanes where it collided head-on with an 18-wheeler.
Burleson was driving the Cadillac and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of a Kia Soul and a 10-year-old passenger, and the driver semi-truck driver were hospitalized with minor injuries.
DPS is investigating the accident.
