The collision happened around 12:32 p.m. on October 21 on State Highway 19 just south of Farm-to-Market 1893.

Trinity County, TX – A person was injured last Tuesday in a two-vehicle collision in Trinity County, according to the Texas DPS.
The collision happened around 12:32 p.m. on October 21 on State Highway 19 just south of Farm-to-Market 1893.
DPS said a 2021 Ford Edge was heading northbound on the highway while a 1996 Chevrolet Silverado was exiting a private driveway.
The Chevrolet failed to yield the right-of-way while pulling out of the driveway and hit the Ford.
The Ford driver, 69-year-old Dorthy Willis of Crockett, was taken to Huntsville Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Chevrolet driver, 75-year-old Jimmy Cochran of Trinity, was uninjured.
The DPS is investigating the accident.
