San Angelo, TX – One person was injured Thursday afternoon following a three-vehicle traffic collision at an intersection in San Angelo, according to the San Angelo Police Department.
The police said the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, September 26 at the intersection of South Chadbourne Street and West Avenue L.
Preliminary investigation indicates that a Dodge Charger was stopped at a light facing westbound on Avenue L. A white Nissan pickup truck was heading northbound on Chadbourne Street, while a Chevy Malibu was traveling eastbound on Avenue L, as per the San Angelo Police Department.
San Angelo 3-Vehicle Accident Sends One Driver to Hospital Thursday Morning
The Chevy hit the pickup truck causing it to spin and hit a utility pole and light pole while the Malibu crashed into the Dodge Charger.
The driver Nissan pickup sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.
No additional details were provided.
