The deadly accident happened around 3:18 a.m. on October 16 in the 10900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

El Paso, TX – One person was killed and another was injured on Thursday in a motorcycle accident in Northeast El Paso, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 3:18 a.m. on October 16 in the 10900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Police said Jose Francisco Acevedo Osorio, 24, of Horizon, was driving a 2016 Toyota RAV4 when he rear-ended a 2008 Honda CR-V and a 2007 Suzuki GSX.
The rider of the Honda CR-V, 32-year-old Eduardo Adrian Munoz, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The rider of the Suzuki GSX, 25-year-old Gilbert Lincon, was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Acevedo showed signs of being intoxicated and was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail. He was charged with intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault with a vehicle. His bond was set at $250,000.
The police are investigating the accident.
