Tyler, TX – Several people were injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle collision involving an ambulance in Tyler, according to the police.
The collision happened on October 15 at the intersection of Erwin Street and South Lyon Avenue.
Police said an ambulance was traveling through the green light at the intersection when a car that had a family of six inside struck it.
The two EMS crew members in the ambulance were treated and released at the scene.
Two adults and four children in the car were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
