Bailey County, TX. – 31-year-old Enid Ramirez Martinez has been identified as the woman who was killed in a car accident in Bailey County early Wednesday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 6:30 a.m. on CR 153 at the intersection of FM 1760.
Martinez was driving a car southbound on CR 153 and was crossing the intersection when she was struck by a pickup truck traveling west on FM 1760.
Martinez, a resident of Muleshoe, was killed in the accident.
The driver of the pickup truck was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
