Austin, TX – The person who was killed early Sunday morning in a car accident in northwest Austin has been identified as 22-year-old Erik Tobias Billingsley, according to the police.
The deadly accident occurred around 12:58 a.m. on August 31 near the intersection of the southbound US 183 service road and McNeil Drive.
Police said the collision involved a motorcycle and a vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle, Billingsley, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
The motorcyclist remained at the scene, was not impaired, and cooperated with the investigators.
