Gloria Molina Hit and Killed at Gas Station Parking Lot in El Paso

The deadly collision happened at about about 12:40 p.m. Sunday, January 5 in a Speedway gas station parking lot in the 4990 block of Doniphan Drive, accordin to  El Paso Police Department.

El Paso, TX – A Las Cruces woman, identified as 77-year-old Gloria Molina, died following an auto-pedestrian accident at the parking lot of a gas station in El Paso’s Upper Valley on Sunday, El Paso Police Department officials said.

The deadly collision happened at about about 12:40 p.m. Sunday, January 5 in a Speedway gas station parking lot in the 4990 block of Doniphan Drive, accordin to  El Paso Police Department.

El Paso PD said Molina exited the Speedway gas station and was walking across the parking lot when she was hit by a 2023 Porsche Macan operated by a 23-year-old El Paso man.

Police said the man, who was at a gas pump,  did not see Molina and drove the Porsche forward, hitting her.
Molina was airlifted a hospital where she succumbed to from injuries she suffered in the collision on Monday, January 6.

No additional details were provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
