The driver of the Freightliner was unhurt.

Midland County, TX. – Guillermo Beltran Jr., 24, was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Midland County.
The fatal collision happened around 12:50 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 1270 and County Road 150.
Beltran was driving a 2023 Cadillac CT4 northbound on CR 1270 when it veered off the roadway and struck the front of a 2013 Freightliner that was parked in the shoulder.
The man was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Freightliner was unhurt.
