The deadly accident happened around 11:36 p.m. on August 30 in the 6100 block of N. Interstate 35 southbound near U.S. 290.

Austin, TX – A man has been arrested in connection with the DWI accident that left a pedestrian dead Saturday night in North Austin, according to the Austin Police Department.
Jarrel A. Broussard, 33, was arrested for DWI.
The deadly accident happened around 11:36 p.m. on August 30 in the 6100 block of N. Interstate 35 southbound near U.S. 290.
Police said a man was struck by multiple vehicles on the interstate. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
One of the drivers, Broussard, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in connection.
No other details were available.
The police are investigating the accident.
