Man Critically Injured in Killeen Motorcycle Accident on I-14
Killeen, TX – A man was critically injured Tuesday afternoon in a motorcycle accident in Killeen, according to the police.
The accident happened on December 9 on Interstate 14.
Police said a 41-year-old man was riding a Suzuki motorcycle eastbound at a high rate of speed and was weaving in and out of traffic and lane splitting.
A Ford Mustang was also traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed. It passed another vehicle and was moving from the center lane to the inside lane.
The motorcycle also passed the same vehicle between lanes, lost control, and collided with the Mustang.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.
No other injuries were reported in the accident.
The police are investigating the accident.
