Pedestrian struck and killed by car on 10 Freeway near Lockwood Drive in Houston

Houston, TX. – A pedestrian died after being struck by multiple vehicles on Monday night in Houston.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened on the East Freeway near the Lockwood Drive exit at around 11 p.m., according to the Houston Police Department.
A man was being chased by a group of men on foot near the service road when he was struck by multiple vehicles.
The unidentified man died at the accident scene.
Police have identified two of the primary vehicles involved in the collision.
Authorities are yet to identify the individuals chasing the man.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
