San Antonio, Texas – A motorcyclist was killed Monday afternoon in a crash in San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The deadly crash happened around 2:30 p.m., May 27, on NW Loop 410 near Vance Jackson Road.

Police said a man in his early 20s was riding a motorcycle and was cutting across multiple lanes of traffic when he lost control and fell off his motorcycle. He fell directly into the path of another vehicle, which dragged him underneath. He was then struck by a second vehicle.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The crash closed all westbound lanes of Loop 410 and Jackson Keller.

The police are investigating the crash.
