The male driver of the Tacoma was airlifted to St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Bryan

Anderson, TX. – Multiple people were injured in a collision on Monday afternoon in Anderson.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened in the northbound lane of Texas 90 and CR 180.
A Dodge Ram was stopped in the northbound lane on Texas 90, preparing to turn onto CR 180. A Chevrolet Malibu was stopped behind the Dodge.
A Peterbilt tractor truck and trailer was traveling northbound on 90 when the driver failed to control his speed. The truck driver swerved to avoid a collision, but the trailer struck a Tacoma, a Lexus, and a Honda that were all traveling southbound.
The male driver of the Tacoma was airlifted to St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Bryan.
The female passenger who was riding in the front seat of the Tacoma was airlifted to a hospital in Conroe, while the backseat passenger was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bryan.
More details about the accident were not released.
