Houston, TX – The 7-year-old boy who was killed Thursday morning in a bicycle accident in SE Houston has been identified as Nicolas Castillon, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 11:35 a.m. on November 27 in the 5200 block of Willow Glen Drive near Herschelwood Street.

Police said Castillon was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a pickup truck driven by a 70-year-old man.

Castillon was pronounced dead at the scene. A GoFundMe was created to help with the funeral and memorial expenses.

The pickup truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Speed was not a factor in the accident.

An investigation is underway.

South Park, TX – A 7-year-old boy was killed Thursday morning in a bicycle accident in South Park, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened at about 11:30 a.m. on November 27 on Willow Glen Drive near Herschelwood Street.

Police said the boy was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle.

The boy was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The elderly driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
