San Antonio, TX – A driver was critically injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to the police.
The collision was reported just before 3:00 p.m. on October 11 in the 918 block of Bandera Road near the Bandera Shopping Center.
Police said a silver sedan was heading southbound when it collided with a white northbound vehicle while they were making a left-hand turn into the parking lot.
The driver of the white vehicle was taken to University Hospital in life-threatening condition.
The sedan driver was also likely to be transported to the hospital as a precaution.
The accident closed the southbound lanes of Bandera Road near Embassy.
The police are investigating the accident.
