Odessa, TX – One person was injured Tuesday morning in a three-vehicle accident in Odessa, according to the Odessa Police Department.
The accident was reported around 8:10 a.m. on August 12 at the intersection of Grandview Avenue and Everglade Street.
Police said a silver Honda Pilot was traveling southbound on Grandview. A blue GMC Sierra was traveling westbound on Everglade and was attempting to turn left onto Grandview.
The Sierra driver failed to yield at the stop sign and crashed into the Honda Pilot. The force of the impact pushed the Pilot into a gray Jeep Grand Cherokee that was stopped at the stop sign facing eastbound on Everglade Street. The Sierra kept going and crashed into a house at the corner of the intersection.
The driver of the Honda Pilot was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The police are investigating the accident.
