The deadly accident happened at about 7:30 a.m. on December 9 in the 7600 block of Culebra Road.

San Antonio, TX – The man who was killed Tuesday morning in a fiery car accident in San Antonio’s West Side has been identified as Ralph Randolph Reynolds, 60, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The deadly accident happened at about 7:30 a.m. on December 9 in the 7600 block of Culebra Road.
Police said two vehicles, including one that was a rideshare vehicle, were involved in the collision.
The rideshare vehicle caught on fire, trapping Reynolds, who was in the passenger seat.
Reynolds was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
One of the drivers was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. The other driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No additional details were available.
The police are investigating the accident.
