San Antonio, TX – The Bexar County Medical Examiner has identified two people who were killed in a rear-end traffic collision in San Antonio as 46-year-old Rufino Pedraza Rebollar and 39-year-old Fabian Pedraz Rebollar.

Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said a red Ford truck was being loaded onto a tow dolly attached to a white Chevrolet truck at the shoulder of I-10 when a gray Hyundai rear-ended it.

Two people in the Chevrolet, later identified as Rufino Rebollar and Fabian Rebollar, were killed.

Rufino died at the scene while Fabian was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police said the driver of the Hyundai, a 53-year-old old woman, sustained serious injuries.

Authority said investigations revealed that the woman did not attempt to brake before the collision.

The woman was charged with two counts of intoxicated manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

San Antonio, TX – Two people were killed and two were injured in deadly collision  on Interstate 10 in San Antonio Tuesday  afternoon, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The deadly accident happened arround 3 p.m. on November 5 on Westbound Interstate 10 near Fair Oaks Parkway in San Antonio’s Northwest Side.

Bexar County Sheriff’s Office siad in a press release that a vehicle was being loaded onto a trailer on I-10 near Fair Oaks Parkway when it was rear-ended by another car.

Sheriff’s office deputies responded to the scene and found one person, a passenger, had died due to the collision.

Three people were transported to a local hospital where one of them died from their injuries about an hour after the wreck.

The incident remains under investigation.
