Midland, TX – A man was critically injured on Friday in a motorcycle accident in Midland, according to the police.
The accident happened on December 19 at the intersection of Marienfeld and Florida.
Police said Saul Montes Olvera, 46, was riding a 2006 Honda CBR 600 eastbound on Florida at a high rate of speed. He failed to control his speed and rear-ended a gray 2012 Toyota Tundra that was stopped and was waiting to turn left onto Marienfeld.
Montes Olvera was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
The police are investigating the accident.
