Bexter County, TX – One of the two men who died in a wrong-way traffic collision near US Highway 90 and Loop 410 in San Antonio has been identified as 43-year-old Thomas Cuellar.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office said Thomas Cuellar died as a result of the injuries he sustained when a black pickup truck collided with a gray SUV early Sunday morning on January 26.
Authorities said one of the vehicles was traveling the wrong way leading to the deadly collision.

San Antonio, TX – Two men were killed in a collision involving a wrong-way motorist in San Antonio on Sunday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The incident took place at about 5:05 a.m. on Highway 90 and Southwest Loop 410.
According to the report, a black pickup truck was traveling eastbound on westbound Highway 90 when it collided with a grey sport utility vehicle.
Both drivers were killed in the accident.
The wrong-way driver was a man in his 40s while the other motorist was a man in his 30s.
Police are investigating the wreck.
