San Antonio, TX – The man who was killed Thursday evening in a motorcycle accident in San Antonio has been identified as Thomas Jardine, 25, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The deadly accident happened at about 8:30 p.m. on November 13 on Interstate 10 near Huebner Road.
Police said traffic was stopped due to a stalled vehicle that was blocking three westbound lanes.
Jardine was riding his motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he side-swept a vehicle, lost control, and struck another vehicle. He was ejected and was hit by an 18-wheeler.
Jardine was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other involved drivers stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The police are investigating the accident.
