The deadly accident happened around 10:20 a.m. on October 27 on the tracks near the intersection of Lombrano Street and North Comal Street.

San Antonio, TX – A woman, who was around 30 to 40 years old, was fatally struck by a train Tuesday morning in San Antonio, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 10:20 a.m. on October 27 on the tracks near the intersection of Lombrano Street and North Comal Street.
Police said the woman was walking northbound on the tracks. A train was also heading northbound when the conductor saw the woman on the tracks and blew the horn in an attempt to alert her.
The woman was, however, struck by the train. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
No other details regarding the accident were provided.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
