The woman was found unresponsive inside her vehicle and was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries

San Antonio, TX. – A 21-year-old woman was critically injured in a wrong-way crash early Sunday morning in San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident happened around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of North Foster Road and FM 78.
A 43-year-old man was driving a vehicle the wrong way on FM 78 and struck the woman’s vehicle head-on.
The woman was found unresponsive inside her vehicle and was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The man was also hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
