LaFrance was pronounced dead at the scene.

Taylor, TX – A motorcyclist was killed Friday evening in an accident in Taylor, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 5:56 p.m. on September 19 in the 13400 block of Chandler Road near County Road 366.
Police said 24-year-old Billy LaFrance, of Jarrell, was riding a motorcycle when he was unable to avoid a white 2021 Toyota Corolla, as it turned southbound onto County Road 366, resulting in a collision.
LaFrance was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, 23-year-old Melany Espana, of Arlington, was taken to Scott and White Hospital in Taylor with minor injuries.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
