A passenger in the car was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries

Midland, TX. – A 21-year-old man was killed in a car accident in Midland on Thursday, June 19, in Midland County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 9:26 p.m. on CR 120.
Blaze Jeremy Rhoden was driving a car eastbound on the highway when he lost control, veered off the road, and struck a parked semi-truck.
Rhoden died at the accident scene.
A passenger in the car was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
