Irving, TX – The identities of the two drivers who were killed early Monday morning in a wrong-way collision in Irving near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport have been released, according to the police.
The victims were identified as Borgart Montoua, 24, and Virma Rider, 59.
The fatal collision occurred around 2:50 a.m. on July 14, 2025, on State Highway 114 near Esters Road.
Police said Montoua was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of the highway when they collided head-on with another car driven by Rider.
Both Montoua and Rider were pronounced dead at the scene.
The collision closed all eastbound lanes of SH 114, and traffic was diverted to Freeport Parkway.
The collision remains under investigation.
