Grayson County, TX – A man was killed on Monday in a two-vehicle collision in Grayson County, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal collision happened just before noon on August 18 at the intersection of FM 1417 and Refuge Road.
DPS said a 2025 Toyota Tundra was traveling eastbound on Refuge Road when it ran a stop sign and crashed into a 2021 International Concrete Mixer truck that was traveling northbound on FM 1417.
The driver of the concrete mixer truck, 26-year-old Enrique Martinez Jr. from Sherman, was airlifted to Texoma Medical Center, where he later died.
The Toyota driver, 29-year-old Dylan Mathews, of Denison, was not injured.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
