Harris County, TX – A man was killed, and another was injured early Saturday morning in a wrong-way collision in northwest Harris County, according to the deputies.
The fatal collision happened around 1:30 a.m. on January 16 on Tomball Parkway.
Deputies said Julio Alberto Calero Ramirez, 25, was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes when he crashed head-on into another car.
Calero Ramirez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver, a man, was rescued from his burning car and was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The deputies are investigating the accident.
