McKinney, TX — A 47-year-old motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a Kia Optima in McKinney Sunday morning, according to the McKinney Police Department.
The deadly accident happened at about 9 a.m. on August 25, outside a parking lot along North Custer Road.
Police said a Kia Optima exiting a parking lot on the east side of North Custer Road and as it traveled across the northbound lanes to turn south on the road, it was struck by the oncoming Yamaha R6 motorcycle.
47-Year-Old Man Dies in McKinney Motorcycle Accident Sunday Morning
Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the 47-year-old male rider and took him to the hospital where he died.
