Michelle Holloway Killed and Five Injured After Car Crashes into Austin St. David’s North Austin Medical Center

Austin, Texas – One person was killed and at least five others were injured on Tuesday after a car crashed into a hospital in Austin, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 5:30 p.m., February 13, at the St. David’s North Austin Medical Center.

Police said 57-year-old Michelle Holloway was driving when she crashed into the emergency room.

Holloway was pronounced dead at the scene. She was an employee with the Driver License Division.

Two children and one adult were transported to Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin. One of them had potentially serious injuries.

Two other adults were transported to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. One of them had potentially life-threatening injuries.

The injured victims had been sitting in the lobby of the hospital’s emergency room.

The Austin Police Department is investigating the crash.
