Midland County, TX – One person was killed Thursday night in a motorcycle accident in Midland County, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal accident happened around 10:30 p.m. on August 14 at the intersection of East Business 20 and County Road 1160.
DPS said 31-year-old Yenny Paola Lemos Duque, of Midland, was operating a BMW X5 southbound on CR 1160 when they failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and collided with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
The rider of the Harley-Davidson, 33-year-old Raven Wesley Shaw, of Midland, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Shaw was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

The Texas DPS is investigating the accident.
