1 Killed in Collin County Crash at Osage Lane and FM 1378

Collin County, TX. – A woman was killed in a collision involving a big rig on Tuesday in Lucas, Collin County.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred at the intersection of Osage Lane and FM 1378.

The woman was driving a 2020 Chevrolet Spark eastbound on Osage Lane when she ran a stop sign and collided with a big rig traveling northbound on FM 1378.

The driver of the Chevrolet Spark was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.

The driver of the big rig was not injured.

Additional details concerning the crash were not provided by law enforcement.

The Collin County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
