1 Killed in Fort Worth Crash at East Cannon Street and Loney Street
Fort Worth, TX. - A dirt bike rider died in a crash on Tuesday afternoon in Fort Worth.
According to the Fort Worth Police Department, the crash happened at the intersection of East Cannon Street and Loney Street at around 3:45 p.m.
A dirt bike was traveling westbound when it reportedly ran a red light at the intersection and was struck by a southbound GMC.
Paramedics pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
The rider was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
More information concerning the collision was not disclosed.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
