1 Killed in Wichita Falls Motorcycle Accident at Kell West Boulevard and Austin Street

Wichita Falls, TX. - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Thursday night in Wichita Falls.

According to the Wichita Falls Police Department, the crash happened at the intersection of Kell West Boulevard and Austin Street around 7:42 p.m.

A Honda Accord was traveling northbound on Austin and was driving through the intersection and struck a motorcycle that was traveling westbound on Kell.

The driver of the Honda Accord told the police he did not see the motorcycle and pulled into the intersection, leading to a collision.

The man was ejected from the motorcycle and was transported to United Regional Health Care System where he succumbed to his injuries.

The man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

More details about the crash were not provided.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
