4 Injured in Justin Car Crash at State Highway 114 and Winding Meadows Drive

Justin, TX. - Four people were injured in a crash involving a driver who ran a red light on Sunday night in Justin.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred on State Highway 114 at Winding Meadows Drive at around 10 p.m.

26-year-old Maleyna Sotelo was driving a car westbound when the vehicle ran a red light and collided with a southbound Mazda driven by 18-year-old Rebekah Burge.

Burge sustained serious injuries and was transported to Baylor Grapevine Hospital.

Sotelo and two passengers, a 16-year-old and a 7-year-old, suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

Sotelo was cited for disregarding a traffic signal and driving without a driver's license.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
