Angelina Archuleta Killed in Midland Car Crash at IH-20 and Loop 250
Midland, TX. – A 22-year-old woman was killed in a crash involving a driver that ran a red light on Thursday night in Midland.
According to the Midland Police Department, the crash occurred at IH-20 and Loop 250.
Angelina Archuleta was driving a Nissan Kicks southbound on Loop 250 when she collided with a Kenworth with a trailer traveling eastbound on the IH-20 service road.
The Kenworth was approaching the intersection when the driver reportedly ran a red light and struck the car.
Archuleta succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The driver of the Kenworth suffered minor injuries and was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital.
More details on the accident were not released.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
