Tommy Powell Killed in Hutchinson County Crash on Old Stinnett Highway
Hutchinson County, TX. - 70-year-old Tommy Neil Powell was killed in a car crash on Monday afternoon in Hutchinson County
According to the Hutchinson County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened on 9816 Old Stinnett Highway at around 1:20 p.m.
Powell was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado southbound on 9816 Old Stinnett Highway when he drifted off the road and crashed into the rear of a parked construction truck.
Powell was pronounced dead at the scene.
More details on the crash were not provided.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the collision.
