Sherri Harrison Killed in Lamb County Two-Vehicle Crash on US Highway 84

Lamb County, Texas – A woman was killed Wednesday night in a two-vehicle crash in Lamb County, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal crash happened around 10:10 p.m., May 8, on US Highway 84.
DPS said Sherri Harrison, 57, from Muleshoe, was driving a 2009 Toyota out of a private drive off US 84 when she failed to yield the right of way to a westbound 1998 Kenworth truck tractor towing a semi-trailer, resulting in a collision.
Harrison was taken to Lamb County Healthcare Center, where she later died. She served as the Bailey County judge from 2005 until 2022.
The troopers are investigating the crash.
