Fannin County, TX – Two people were killed following a two-vehicle traffic collision on State Highway 121 in Fannin County on Saturday afternoon, according to a Texas DPS report.
The fatal accident occurred on February 1 on State Highway 121 at FM 1629, just south of Bonham.
DPS said two vehicles and a total of three people were involved in the collision.
Officers and emergency personnel from the Texas DPS, Bonham Fire Rescue, the Texas DoT, Fannin County Sheriff’s Office, and Bonham Fire Rescue all responded to the incident.
According to the DPS, two people were killed in the collision. The identities of the victims were not immediately released.
A third person was hospitalized with critical injuries.
No additional information is available at this time. The collision remains under investigation.
