Houston, TX – Two people were injured Tuesday evening in a two-vehicle collision involving a Houston Metro PD vehicle in Houston, according to the police.
The collision occurred on August 19 in the 3400 block of Navigation Boulevard at York Street.
Police said the Metro Police unit was traveling with lights and sirens when it was struck by a vehicle that was traveling westbound on York Street.
The driver of the second vehicle, a woman, was ejected and was taken to the hospital with possible life-threatening injuries. A passenger in the vehicle, a minor, was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No further details were available.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
